BinGO HAWKS is a fun and easy program to improve your overall well-being through healthier sleep habits, mindfulness and gratitude, nutrition, and physical activity.

The program runs from September 25 to October 29, 2023.

How it works

  1. Register. Registration has closed for fall 2023.
  2. Review or print the BinGO HAWKS card.
  3. Each week, try to complete 1 or more activities from the BinGO HAWKS card and record them on a printed BinGO card or the fillable BinGO scorecard.
  4. Watch for weekly emails with helpful tips for completing the BinGO HAWKS activities! Or, you may review the tips below or on the ICON BinGO HAWKS course site.
  5. At the end of the program, complete the evaluation (emailed to all who register for the program) and register for prizes.

Benefits of participating

Each person who registers for the program and completes the final evaluation will be offered a prize (salad shaker, cutting board, reusable bags, or speckled mug) for participating. In addition, you will be entered into a drawing for healthy treats - one entry for each bingo you complete (blackout/completing all the activities = 15 entries). Increase your chances for winning delicious healthy treats by completing more of the activities on the BinGO HAWKS card!

In addition, you will receive weekly emails with tips to make healthier habits easy. Developing healthier habits can improve your physical and mental energy as well as your health.
