We offer a program to sophomores called the Healthy Hawk Challenge. It is a research study. Students who agree to participate will be asked to complete an online wellness survey that collects information to assess health behaviors in all areas of wellness—fitness, nutrition, sexual health, substances, stress, etc.

Participation is completely voluntary. Participants will receive a $5 Amazon e-gift card (for U.S. citizens) or a $5 check (for non-U.S. citizens).

After completing the survey, participants receive personalized health information, identifying areas where they are doing well and areas they could improve, and access to a wide range of tools to help them meet their health and wellness goals.

Eligible students can take a few minutes to participate in the Healthy Hawk Challenge on ICON. To access it, log onto ICON, and select the Healthy Hawk Challenge from your list of courses. You will be asked to read additional information about the study before agreeing to participate.
