Student Wellness staff are available this summer for both in-person and virtual appointments. Consultations include alcohol & drug support, fitness, nutrition, sleep, stress management, tobacco & nicotine support, and wellness coaching.
Student Wellness is offering three Koru Mindfulness workshops this summer!
Dates are Wednesdays at 5:30pm, May 25- June 15 on Zoom for Graduate & Professional Students only, Wednesdays at 5:30pm, July 6- 27 on Zoom
Tuesdays at 5:30pm, July 26 -August 16 in 256 IMU.

Koru Mindfulness® is an evidence-based curriculum specifically designed for teaching mindfulness, meditation, and stress management to college students and other young adults.
The Koru Mindfulness program…
Is taught in four weekly 75-minute classes (a brief model to accommodate busy student schedules)
Is structured with daily homework of a mindfulness log and 10 minutes of mindfulness practice
Is taught in small groups
