Enjoy a screen-free reset in the cozy biology greenhouse as we slow your breathing, awaken your senses with houseplants, and practice simple mindfulness you can reuse anytime stress hits.

Mar 9 - Craft a Tinder Bundle: Make Fire Naturally

Enjoy a mindful riverside walk as you gather natural materials, set an intention, craft and safely ignite a tinder bundle, then release it into the river to symbolically let go of stress.

Mar 23 - Steeped in the Wild: Sip Sustainability

Enjoy a cozy outdoor tea session, harvesting wild plants together, brewing your own cup, and savoring slow sips while in relaxed conversation with others.

Mar 30 - River Reflections: Find Flow and Peace

Enjoy quiet time by the river as we walk slowly, breathe with the water’s rhythm, and use light journaling prompts to clear mental clutter, notice your thoughts, and leave feeling focused and restored.
