Offered on Mondays from 5:00pm-5:50pm as individual sessions.
- Sept. 21: Outdoor Tea and Study Reset: Sip tea outdoors and learn a simple reset ritual you can use before studying, after class, or whenever your brain has too many tabs open.
- Sept. 28: Mindful Walks: Turn your everyday walks across campus into quick brain resets that help you feel calmer, more focused, and less fried between classes.
- Oct. 5: Grounding Through Plant-Based Scents: Blend natural scents and learn how to use aroma as a quick cue for calming down, focusing, or shifting into study mode.
- Oct. 12: Houseplants That Survive Midterms: Learn how to choose and care for low-maintenance houseplants that make your room feel better without adding another stressful responsibility.
