Student Wellness is offering a new and improved version of our previous workshop, Intro to Mindfulness. Now, our revised program will be reduced to two weeks and will feature the most practical, introductory meditation skills to use when you’re taking classes this fall and beyond. Mindfulness Basics | Tuesdays, September 22 and 29 at 6-7:15pm, IMU
Silent Retreat | Sunday, November 8 from 1:00pm-4:00pm, IMU
