Flourish in Four is designed to help participants sow the seeds for flourishing by developing skills related to stress, mindfulness, sleep, connectedness, and creativity. In this four-week program, students will learn how to create a wellness vision, set meaningful goals, and cultivate habits to support one's well-being.

The program runs from April 1 – 29th

How it works

  1. Register.
  2. Review or print the Flourish in Four Tracking Sheet.
  3. Each week, try to complete 3 or more activities from the Flourish in Four Tracking Sheet. Then record them on a printed Tracking Sheet or the fillable Tracking Sheet.
  4. Watch for weekly emails with helpful tips for completing the Flourish in Four activities! For more support, review the tips below or on the ICON Flourish in Four course site.
  5. At the end of the program, complete the evaluation and be eligible for additional prizes.
