Wellness coaching is a free service that allows students to work one on one with a Student Wellness staff member to overcome barriers and achieve health and wellness related goals. Wellness coaches take a positive approach to personal development, focusing on your strengths and encouraging you along the way.

The initial wellness coaching session is a 60 minutes and follow-up sessions are scheduled every 2 weeks for 45 minutes.

The preferred type of appointment during the COVID-19 pandemic is through Zoom. If you require a private space to conduct an appointment virtually, you can reserve space on campus. If you need other accommodations, please contact Haley Hines.
