Habit Hacks

Habit Hacks is a new 4-week workshop based on the book Atomic Habits, by James Clear. Explore strategies and science behind habit building to tackle your goals. You will receive a copy of the book at no cost to complete the workshop. 

  • is taught in four weekly 75-minute classes (a brief model to accommodate busy student schedules)
  • is structured with weekly reading and practice building and strengthening your habit muscles
  • is taught in small groups
