Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
1 pound cubed beef stew meat
1 can reduced fat and sodium condensed golden mushroom soup
½ onion, chopped
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup water
4 ounces reduced fat/low fat cream cheese
Directions
In the slow cooker, combine meat, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and water.
Cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 5 hours.
Stir in cream cheese right before serving. Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice.
