Beef Stroganoff

beef stroganoff

Ingredients  

  • 1 pound cubed beef stew meat  

  • 1 can reduced fat and sodium condensed golden mushroom soup  

  • ½ onion, chopped  

  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained  

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce  

  •  ¼ cup water  

  • 4 ounces reduced fat/low fat cream cheese 

Directions 

  1. In the slow cooker, combine meat, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and water.  

  1. Cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 5 hours.  

  1. Stir in cream cheese right before serving. Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice.
