BinGO HAWKS is an easy, fun program to encourage taking steps to healthier eating and exercise.

The program runs from September 20 to October 24, 2021.

How it works

  1. Review or print the BinGO HAWKS card.
  2. Each week, try to complete 1 or more activities from the BinGO HAWKS card and record them on a printed BinGO card or download the fillable form
  3. At the end of the program, complete the evaluation (emailed to all who register for the program) and register for prizes.
  4. Watch for weekly emails with helpful tips for completing the BinGO HAWKS activities! Or, you may review the tips below or on the ICON BinGO HAWKS course site.

Benefits of participating

Each person who registers for the program and completes the final evaluation will be offered a prize (salad shaker, cutting board, earbuds or can strainer) for participating. In addition, you will be entered into a drawing for healthy treats - one entry for each bingo you complete (blackout/completing all the activities = 15 entries). Increase your chances for winning delicious healthy treats by completing more of the activities on the BinGO HAWKS card!

In addition, you will receive weekly emails with tips to make healthier habits easy. Developing healthier habits can improve your physical and mental energy as well as your health.
