Colorful Choices is a simple program to improve your well-being by focusing on what you eat. It’s about making easy-to-remember daily selections of colorful fruits and vegetables! Aim for at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables (combined) each day for 20 days – 100 servings in all – in red/pink, orange, yellow/white, green, and blue/violet.
