Summer is a great time to work on skills and habits to improve your relationship with your self, your body, and your mind. Intro to Mindfulness® is an evidence-based curriculum specifically designed for teaching mindfulness, meditation, and stress management to college students and other young adults. The workshop will run Tuesdays, June 3, 10, 17, 24 from Noon-1:15pm on Zoom. Intuitive Eating helps participants discover how to can integrate the principles of Intuitive Eating while improving your relationship to food and your body.
